MARAQBA [MEDITATION] 

MARAQBA LUFZ "RAQEEB" se nikla hy.RAQEEB isim e ilahi me se ek isim hy.jis k mani nighebani or pasbani kerny k hen.
is etbar se ager khalis rohani nukta e nigha se maraqby ki tareef ki jay.to matlab ye ho ga.k maraby k zrye apny dil or zehan ki is tarah nigh e bani ki jay.k zehan or dil tamam ter perashaniyon , fikir , or by ja khayalat se munqata ho ker ALLAH ki taraf ya sifat e ilahi ki taraf ya ALLAH ki kisi nishani ki tarf mutawajy ho jay.or zehan bilkul yukso ho ker munderja bala ki taraf kisi ek khayal me lag jay.

LUFZ raqeeb k dosry mani "mutazir " k bhi hen. is etbar se maraqby k mani ye hon gy.k admi apny tamam zahire hawas [5ive senses] ko maraqby k zerye jama ya yuk ja ker k apni roh ya batin ki taraf motawajy ho jay.or is kefeyat ko berhhata chala jay.yahan tak k us per rohani dunya munkashif ho jay.ya wo ghaib ki dunya ka mushahida [batni nigha se dekh ly] ker ley.

ager islami ibadat per ghor kiya jay khas ker namaz per .to ye bat wazhy ho ge.k namaz k ander ek bhetreen maraqba ho jata hy.bashert hy.k tawaju k usool se perhi jay.
phir EK HADEES sharef bhi hy.k......................

"namaz is tarah perho [tasawur rakho] k tum ALLAH KO dakh rahy ho, ya ye mehsos karo k ALLAH tumhy dakh raha hy.

ager is hadees sheareef per bhi ghor karen.to bat bare wazhy hy.k maraqby me deen nahi hy.lekin deen me maraqba zeror mojod hy.or ye hi sofeya ki taleem bhi hy.jo hades shareef bayan ki gai.hy jis bandy ko bayan ki gai dono kefeyat me se ek bhi hasil ho gai.wo mertaba e ehsan hasil ker le ga.yani kisi ek kefeyat ka husool bhi usy mertaba ehsan tak pohcha deta hy.

rohani nukta e nigha se maraqby ki boht se iqsam sofeya ny bayan ki hen.jo derjy zail hen.
maraqba e qalb / maraqba e wehdut / maraqba e " la " / maraqba e adum /
maraqba e funa / maraqba isim e ilaheya / maraqba zat / tasawur e shiakh / tasawur NABI PAK {SAW} .
lekin hum yahan is group me aam maraqbon ka zikir karen gy.baqi jo log shoq rakhty hen.or haqeeqe maefat e illhi ki taraf jana chaty hen.unhy kisi na kisi shaikh e kamil ka damun thamna chaheye.tak deja ba deja taeaqi ker saken.

jahan tak aam marabon ki bat hy.ya mind scince k hawaly se marabon ka zikir hy.to un sabhi ka maqsad or munsha sirf syhut ko behter rakhna.zehani salaheyaton ko berhana,nafseeyati arzon ka ilaj ya in se mehfoz rehna hy.
or apni dunyawi kamyabiyon k husool k leye maraqby me qowat e khayal ka istemal hy.or is k leye maraqby me tasawurat [visualization] ko istemal kerna hy.
jab k ronahi maqsad marfat e illahi k siwa or kuch nahi.
ab ye ap per muhasir hy.k ap kon sa rasta ikhteyar kerna chahen gy.sirf neyat k ferq se manzil tabdeel ho jay ge.lekin zerya bherahal maraqby ko hi banana ho ga.
